Daniel Leininger is an experienced professional in the field of technology and user services, currently serving as the Manager of End User Services at MilliporeSigma since July 2016. In this role, Daniel leads a team of eight, focusing on achieving yearly objectives while also mentoring team members. Previous experience includes serving as the Senior Specialist and Mac Team Lead at MilliporeSigma, where Daniel successfully implemented Jamf for macOS management and established a dedicated Mac platform team. Before that, Daniel worked as a Computer Operator at Hortica Insurance & Employee Benefits, providing Help Desk support and managing user accounts. Daniel began their career as a Supervisor at Shop n Save, where customer conflict resolution and employee task management were key responsibilities. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management and Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
