Betsy Bane has a diverse and extensive work experience. Betsy currently holds the position of EVP of Maintenance Ops at Million Air since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Textron Aviation, where they held multiple roles including General Manager from November 2018 to June 2021, Maintenance Manager from May 2018 to April 2019, Manager, iMRO from May 2017 to May 2018, and Customer Service Representative - Interiors from October 2015 to May 2017. In this last role, they were responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing interior maintenance for various aircraft models, establishing relationships with outside vendors, and communicating organizational objectives. Before joining Textron Aviation, Betsy worked at Cessna Aircraft Company as a Flat Rate Coordinator and Service Center Admin Intern. Betsy also gained experience as an Aviation Management Intern at East Texas Regional Airport. Betsy's career started at LeTourneau University, where they worked as a Network Service Rep from August 2010 to May 2013.
Betsy Bane obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Aviation Business and Finance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aviation Studies from LeTourneau University in 2015. In addition to their formal education, Betsy obtained a certification in "Excel 2016: Managing and Analyzing Data" from Lynda.com in February 2017.
