Kathy Kalstrup serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Milliman, leading the business services team at a $1.5 billion independent risk management, benefits, and technology firm. With extensive experience in operational leadership, Kathy previously held various executive roles at Aon, including COO of Transition Services, where leadership was provided for the successful carve-out of Alight Solutions, and P&L leadership positions within global accounts and diverse business units. Earlier in their career, Kathy managed significant client portfolios and operational teams at Hewitt Associates, Outboard Marine Corporation, and Mercer, consistently achieving high client retention and satisfaction. Kathy holds a BS in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated from the Pinnacle Executive Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
