Anu Sharma is the Founder & CEO of Millie, a company that aims to improve maternity care for American mothers and birthing people by providing collaborative OB/Midwifery care in a modern, tech-enabled clinic model. Prior to founding Millie, Anu worked as the Vice President and part of the founding executive team at Burd Health, where they focused on reimagining health benefits for self-insured employers. Anu has also worked at Booz & Company as a Principal, leading complex engagements in corporate strategy, M&A, and operational improvements for health plans and large health systems. Anu also contributed to the development of the firm's Health Systems M&A offering. Before that, Anu worked at Aon as an Associate, where they worked with private and public sector clients on talent-centered business strategies, including integration planning for a major merger, location strategies for outsourcers, and global organization design for a technology function of a major US bank.
Anu Sharma pursued a BA (Honors) in Economics from Delhi University from 1998 to 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at XLRI Jamshedpur. Years later, in 2013 to 2014, Anu Sharma attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business as a Sloan Fellow, where they focused on obtaining a Master's degree in Management (MS) with a specialization in the field of study.
