Jeselyn Santana is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Senior Support Analyst at Millicom (Tigo) since April 2022, co-leading change management initiatives and designing communication strategies that align with business objectives. Previously, as a Human Resources Administrator, Jeselyn effectively managed employee relations to address and resolve workplace issues. At InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Jeselyn held the position of Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator, overseeing HR operations for a workforce of 194 employees. Jeselyn also worked at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami, as an Executive Residences Concierge Supervisor, where management of daily operations and resident inquiries was essential.
