Ernesto Acosta is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and support. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Administrator and SharePoint Administrator at Millicom (Tigo) since November 2018, Ernesto specializes in developing and expanding intranet solutions. Previous roles include leading Office 365 support for small, medium, and large businesses at Microsoft from December 2016 to November 2018, and working as a Tier 2 Support Engineer for the Microsoft Latin America Team, assisting high-capacity customers with Office 365 applications. Ernesto's career also includes a position as Network Administrator at Pinecrest Elementary School within Miami-Dade County Public Schools from April 2007 to July 2009, and a tenure at SABMiller from October 2012 to October 2016. Ernesto holds a degree in Computer Science from Miami Dade College and additional education from The Academy.
