Lorraine Smith, MS, LPC, NCC, CCMHC, serves as the CEO of Solutions For U since May 2013 and is the Founder of Creating Pathways To Success Inc since February 2019. Additionally, Lorraine has been an Outpatient Therapist at Millhill Child & Family Development since December 2016. Previously, Lorraine held the position of Program Director at Senior Star AMDC from October 2011 to November 2014 and at Catholic Charities Diocese of Trenton, NJ from 2010 to 2012, as well as serving as a Support Coordinator at Neighbours, Inc from April 2008 to March 2011. Lorraine's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counselor Educator and Supervision from Capella University (2017-2019), a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (2012-2016), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Argosy University Chicago.
