Sarah Jefferies has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Sarah is currently the Director of International Channel Support at MillerKnoll, a role they have held since June 2022. In this position, they lead a team of 18 people and oversees various sales support functions.
Prior to their current role, Sarah worked at Herman Miller for 18 years. Sarah'sroles there included Head of Dealer Sales, where they were responsible for driving sales through the dealer channel nationally and managing a team of four Sales Managers. Sarah also served as a Lead Dealer Support Representative, providing customer service and product training to dealers and managing a team of five field-based representatives. Sarah was also an International Product Manager, where they managed and developed the desking portfolio.
Before joining Herman Miller, Sarah worked at Air Partner as an Aircraft Charter Broker in the Commercial Aircraft Division.
Throughout their career, Sarah has gained extensive experience in sales, leadership, customer service, and product management.
Sarah Jefferies attended the University of Central Lancashire from 1991 to 1994, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in European Business Administration and Languages.
