Ronald King, MSCIS, FPC has a comprehensive work experience in software development and management roles. Starting in 2007 as an IT intern at Hansen Collision, Ronald progressed to become a Developer at Dominion Systems from 2008 to 2013, where they programmed using various .Net languages, JavaScript, and SQL. Moving up the ranks, they then served as a Software Development Team Lead from 2013 to 2014, responsible for leading meetings with IT and business users in an Agile/Scrum fashion. From 2014 to 2018, Ronald took on the role of Project Manager/Development Team Lead, managing two teams, including offshore developers in India, and handling monthly releases and SCRUM procedures. Finally, at Dominion Systems, from 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Director of Software Development, overseeing all online and mobile products within the SaaS platform and collaborating with other departments to develop the company's strategic vision. Currently, Ronald is the Software Development Manager of the Platforms Team at MillerKnoll.

Ronald King holds a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Grand Valley State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at the same university from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their degrees, Ronald also has several certifications. Ronald obtained certifications in Information Systems Management and Software Engineering from Grand Valley State University in December 2013 and April 2013, respectively. Ronald also received certifications in Introduction to ASP.NET MVC 3 and Introduction to LINQ for C# from Accelebrate in August 2012. Furthermore, Ronald holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association, obtained in November 2011, as well as a Level 1 Coach certification from the United States Bowling Congress, obtained in October 2009.
