Joe Espinoza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joe currently works as the Senior Operations Manager at MillerKnoll, a position they have held since August 2022. Before that, they worked as the Operations Manager at Herman Miller from July to August 2022.

In 2022, Joe also founded E.P.I.C Consulting & Solutions and served as the Founder until August.

Prior to their recent roles, Joe worked at Preferred Welding LLC from 2018 to 2022 as the Plant Operations Manager. During their time there, they played a key role in enhancing the plant culture, implementing a custom ERP system, and restructuring teams. Joe also successfully grew the company from 12 to 50 employees and oversaw the expansion of the staff.

Before joining Preferred Welding LLC, Joe held positions at Victory Fabrication, Evoqua Water Technologies, Siemens, and US Filter, where they gained experience in manufacturing management, engineering, and welding/fabrication.

Joe Espinoza attended Careerline Technical School from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Welding and Fabrication.
