Dominik Ramminger

Vice President, International Channel Development Services at MillerKnoll

Dominik Ramminger has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the furniture industry. Dominik began their career at Vitra, where they held positions such as UK Operations Director and Head of Project Operations Centre, managing teams and budgets for logistics, customer services, and project management. Dominik also implemented cost-saving measures through outsourcing and procurement improvements. Later, they worked at Workstation as General Manager, overseeing process management and financial controlling, leading a successful restructuring program during the global financial crisis. Ramminger then joined Herman Miller, where they held several roles, including Director of EMEA Channel Development and Commercial Support, Head of Channel Development for Europe, and Country Manager for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Dominik was responsible for dealer development, managing cross-functional teams and international service providers. Currently, Ramminger serves as the Vice President of International Channel Development Services at MillerKnoll, leading a team responsible for channel integration, M&A projects, and distribution network management across Europe, MEA, and APAC regions.

Dominik Ramminger CMgr MCMI MIC completed the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Professional Consulting from the Institute of Consultancy, where they studied Business Consultancy from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they attended the Chartered Management Institute in 2005 and 2006, as well as in 2004 and 2005, although the degree name and field of study for both periods are unknown.
