Dave Dickerson is a seasoned executive in the construction and real estate industry with a robust tenure at Miller Valentine Construction since June 2012, currently serving as President of Business Development and President of the Midwest Market. Under Dave's leadership, Miller-Valentine has successfully constructed over 80 million square feet of commercial space across the United States, emphasizing value creation beyond budget constraints. Previously, Dave was the President and Partner of Gem Real Estate Advisory Group, which Dave co-founded in 1993. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wright State University and studies at The Ohio State University.
