Carter Wands currently serves as the Manager of Technical Sales and Innovation at Miller Milling Company and holds the position of Milling & Baking Division Chairman at the Cereals & Grains Association. With a strong background in technical sales and product development, Carter has contributed to organizations such as the American Society of Baking as a member of the Product Development Competition Committee and as Chairman of the Young Professionals Committee. Previous roles include Technical Sales Manager of Varietal Solutions at Bay State Milling Company, where new business opportunities were accelerated, and Technical Sales Representative at AB Mauri North America, where product growth was stimulated during the Covid travel shutdown. Carter's experience spans technical service management, product development, and mill technology at various companies, including Manildra Group and Heartland Plant Innovations. A graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Bakery Science and Milling Science, Carter's expertise is complemented by minors in Leadership Studies and Business Administration.
