Hope Dorn has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Hope started in 2007 at Miller-Keystone Blood Center as a Medical Technologist, where they operated screening instrumentation and performed manual screening tests. Hope also wrote and validated laboratory SOPs, maintained laboratory equipment, and developed corrective action plans. In 2011, they became a Senior Medical Technologist before leaving in 2014. In 2016, they joined St. Luke's University Health Network as a Medical Technologist. Later that year, they returned to Miller-Keystone Blood Center as a Distribution Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Customer Relations.

Hope Dorn completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Moravian University in the years 2003-2007. Hope then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern New Hampshire University between 2023 and 2024.
