Groh's career includes significant financial and operational leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Atascadero Glass Inc. and Main Event Chicago, LLC, as well as Operations Manager at Modular Power Solutions. Significant achievements include establishing financial structures and raising capital during Groh's tenure as CFO at Commercial Steel Systems, LLC, and overseeing business operations as CEO of Family Home Lending / Chicago Mortgage Acceptance. Groh began the career as COO at Eagle Concrete Construction, emphasizing project management and financial oversight.
