Kellen Prince, CPA, is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in tax management and compliance. Currently serving as a Tax Manager at Miller Grossbard Advisors, LLP since August 2020, Kellen previously held the position of Senior Tax Manager at Janover LLC, focusing on Real Estate Taxation and high net worth individual services. Kellen has coordinated extensive tax filings for over 300 high net worth clients at PTD Business Management and led a fund accounting team overseeing substantial real estate fund activities at Hudson Housing Capital LLC. Additional roles include Director at Citrin Cooperman, where Kellen expanded the tax credit practice, and Principal at Novogradac & Company LLP, managing the New York office's real estate tax activities.
