Susan Miller has extensive experience in community development and public transit management. Currently serving as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)/Public Transit Coordinator for the City of Edmond since March 2007, Susan Miller manages the HUD CDBG program, administers funding for assisting low to moderate-income residents, and oversees the City's bus system, Citylink, in collaboration with McDonald Transit. Prior to this role, Susan held multiple positions within the City of Edmond, including CDBG Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to the Assistant City Manager of Operations, where responsibilities ranged from managing homebuyer assistance programs to maintaining essential administrative functions. Additionally, since January 2020, Susan has been associated with Miller Farm as a Major Retired.
