Dennis has held various roles in multiple companies, including Miller Fabrication Solutions, O'Brien Steel Service, Castle Metals, O'Neal Steel, Ryerson, Inc, and Midwest Alloys. Dennis'sroles have included Director of Business Development, Sales Management, Strategic Business Development Manager, National Accounts Manager, Sales Manager, and Major Accounts Manager. Dennis also served in the United States Army Reserve as a 2nd Lieutenant.

Dennis VanDuyne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Marketing from Northern Illinois University, specializing in Marketing and Management.
