Samantha Gilman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development within the real estate sector. Since April 2007, Samantha has held various titles at Miller and Smith, culminating in the role of Director of Product Development, where responsibilities include overseeing architecture, model home design, and interior finish programs for the DC Metro area. Earlier positions include Senior Product Development Manager and Product Development Manager, showcasing expertise in collaborating with architects, engineers, and vendors to create efficient design solutions. Prior to this, Samantha worked at VIKA, Inc. as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, effectively managing invoicing issues across multiple departments. Samantha's educational background includes a forthcoming diploma in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute and an AAS in Construction Management Technology from Northern Virginia Community College.
