Previously, Kevin held multiple managerial roles at Menards from April 2005 to May 2022, culminating in the position of Order Pickup and Delivery Manager. Key achievements include operating a newly established department during a remodel, achieving over 80% year-over-year increases in online sales, and successfully overseeing a $7 million store remodel project completed under budget and without safety issues. Additionally, Kevin has a strong track record in sales management, consistently surpassing sales goals and converting competitor contractor accounts through superior service.
