Neil Morris is Global Head of Management Controls & Internal Audit and is responsible for evaluating and recommending improvements to the Firm’s control structure, systems, and policies and procedures for controlling operational, technological, financial, and reputational risk.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2018, Neil was at Bridgewater Associates for over five years as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years in financial control and management positions at Kinetic Partners, SG Asset Management and Ernst & Young.

Neil received a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed CPA.
