Fernando Garcia is an experienced logistics and technical professional, currently serving as Senior Logistics Manager at Millennium Corporation since November 2016. Previously, Fernando held several positions, including Technical Director at ManTech from June 2011 to February 2016, where responsibilities included managing the Fielding & Technical Support Team for the PM DCGS-A at Fort Hood. Prior to that role, Fernando was the Fielding Chief Deputy at Engineering Solutions and Products, contributing as a technical expert for the PM DCGS-A. From November 2005 to December 2010, Fernando served as Military Intelligence Battalion Senior Advisor in the U.S. Army, advising a battalion commander and influencing over 450 subordinates. Academically, Fernando holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College.
