Jim Rau is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and data programming. Currently serving as a .NET Developer Team Lead at Millennial Specialty Insurance since November 2020, Jim is responsible for maintaining, designing, and modifying websites to meet client specifications. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Community Health Systems from December 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities included automating business processes and creating user tools with .NET Frameworks. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Data Analyst and Bad Debt Specialist at Community Health Systems, as well as keyholder roles at The Vitamin Shoppe and RadioShack, where exceptional customer service was a focus. Jim holds a High School Diploma from Venice Senior High School, earned in 2007.
