Tracey Enos Reynolds is a qualified Registered Nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as an After Hours PCP Telehealth RN at RelateCare since July 2023, Tracey previously worked at Millennium Staffing Solutions as a Registered Nurse since September 2015. A former Business Owner of Sitting Pretty Mobile Dog Grooming LLC from January 2019 to May 2023, Tracey also held the position of ASAP Nurse at Bristol Elders, conducting home safety evaluations and patient assessments in 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Emergency Department RN at Cambridge Health Alliance from May 2016 to December 2018 and as Emergency Department Manager at Tobey Hospital from March 2011 to April 2015, following a tenure as an Emergency Department RN from January 2001 to March 2010 with Southcoast Health System & Southcoast Hospitals Group. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and an Associate Degree in Nursing from the Community College of Rhode Island.
