Midula Seema Pramod is a Lead Analyst at Millbrook Healthcare since December 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a Business Analyst Intern at the University of Southampton, where collaboration with a multi-cultural team resulted in a 10% business improvement through market research and SWOT analysis. As a Junior Business Analyst at MARK Technologies Co W.L.L., responsibilities included acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as documenting requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Midula also completed a Student Analyst Intern program at Kerala State Electricity Board, focusing on electrical systems and leading a group in operations and maintenance tasks. Academic qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Management Science from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam.
