Teresa Pollard is an accomplished professional in the food industry, currently serving as Operations Director and General Manager at Millbrook Dairy since April 2020. Teresa also holds the role of Interim Technical Support/Consultant at TP Food Technical Support Limited since July 2019. Prior to these positions, Teresa spent over two decades at Walkers Deli & Sausage Co., where responsibilities included Multi-site Technical Manager, Technical Administration Manager, Quality Assurance, and Operations within the Sausage & Cooked Meat Business Units.
