Sean joined Millbank in 2016 to head up the Built Environment and Infrastructure team. Using his extensive experience of Technical Engineering and Construction Recruitment, Sean utilises his knowledge to support Millbank’s current clients, as well as offering services to new clients across multiple industries.

Sean has been fortunate enough to work with and account manage some of the largest engineering and construction companies in the UK providing them with advice and the best talent in a fully cooperative and compliant manner. He is known for his energy and tenacity, putting the client’s and candidate’s needs at the heart of everything he does. Sean has specialised in Process Engineering, but also focuses on Civil/Structural Engineering and Site/Construction Management. He is Millbank’s GDPR champion and assists with managing & training the next generation of consultants within the business.
