Geraldine G. Sheinfell has a varied work experience spanning different roles and industries. Geraldine currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of Latin America at MILL5 since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Manager at MILL5 from November 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining MILL5, Geraldine was a Founding Fellow at Codies, where they started in January 2016. Geraldine also worked at Movinova as a Project Manager/Team Leader from December 2018 to July 2019.

Geraldine has previous experience at Avanet, where they worked as a Scrum Master from June 2016 to December 2018, and as an XAML Front End Designer from February 2016 to December 2018.

Additionally, Geraldine has held roles as an Organizer at Barcamp Med from June 2012 to February 2016, and as a Co-Creator at Festival Audiovisual Creative Commons Medellín from May 2011 to February 2016.

Their earliest work experience was as a 3D Animation Intern at GCFAprendeLibre from August 2010 to February 2011.

Geraldine G. Sheinfell has a diverse education history. In 2009-2011, they attended Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) where they pursued a degree in 3D Animation. Later, in 2022-2023, they enrolled at Universidad de Los Andes to study Finance, specifically focusing on "Finanzas para directivos no financieros." Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Human Resources Foundations and Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
