Ryan Macdonald is an experienced brewing professional currently serving as an Innovation Brewer at Mill Street Brewery since October 2020, following a previous position as Production Brewer at the same company from June 2016 to October 2020. Prior to entering the brewing industry, Ryan worked as Lab Manager at ACCQ Sleep Labs from July 2010 to February 2016, where oversight of lab operations resulted in a 150% growth in yearly sleep studies and a significant increase in monthly referrals. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Lakehead University.
