Rockell Otero, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Vice President and CFO & Secretary at Mill Creek since November 2017. Prior to this role, Rockell held positions as Financial Controller and Senior Accountant at Prairie Band, LLC from March 2014 to April 2023, and also worked as a Project Manager for Prairie Band Health Services during the same timeframe. In addition, Rockell contributed as Executive Vice President of Finance for the NAWMBA National Association of Women MBAs Friends University Chapter from June 2016 to June 2017. Rockell holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Friends University, attained between 2015 and 2016, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, completed in 2014.
