Jen Rakovshchik is a Project Engineer at Mill Creek since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in customer service and inventory management from prior roles in the veterinary field and product design. Jen held the position of Front Desk Receptionist at BRESSI RANCH PET HOSPITAL from September 2017 to October 2022 and served as a Merchandise and Finance Assistant at WAIPAHU WAIKELE PET HOSPITAL INC. from May 2014 to August 2017, where responsibilities included managing retail inventory, billing clients, and training staff. Previous roles also include positions in inventory control and diamond grading at GIA and a Sales Representative role at T&J.
