Arthur Paylor has extensive experience in the flooring and tile industry, currently serving as Divisional President at Mill Creek Carpet & Tile since May 2016. Prior to this role, Arthur held the position of Regional Vice President of Sales at Shaw Industries from February 2000 to May 2016. Educationally, Arthur earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Oklahoma State University, completing the program in 2000.
