Chris Martin is a prominent figure in the fields of creative writing and neurodivergent literature. Since May 2015, Chris has served as the Connective Hub at Unrestricted Interest/TILT, focusing on neurodivergent listening and languaging. Chris holds the position of Editor At Large for Milkweed Editions, overseeing the Multiverse series dedicated to neurodivergent writing since August 2021. Additionally, Chris has been a Visiting Assistant Professor at Carleton College since January 2016, teaching various courses including Intro to Creative Writing and Advanced Poetry Workshop, and has been an Adjunct Professor at Hamline University since September 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing Poetry from the University of Iowa, a Master’s Degree in Poetry, Performance, and Education from NYU Gallatin, and a Bachelor's degree in English from Carleton College.
