Stephanie Ross has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Stephanie started their career as a Beauty Department Intern at Purple PR in 2008, followed by an internship at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS as a Press Office Intern. In 2010, they worked as a Brand Manager at Indra Salon, where they collaborated with salon owners and PR Manager to develop brand strategies and manage the salon's presence in Boston Fashion Week.
In 2011, Stephanie joined Task Essential as an Events Manager, organizing spa events and managing the brand's presence at Bloomingdale's flagship store. Stephanie also interviewed and trained new associates for the district. Stephanie then worked as a Brand Marketing Consultant at Noun Creative Consulting from 2012 to 2014.
From 2012 to 2015, Stephanie gained extensive experience at Tom Ford Beauty as a Market Specialist. Stephanie managed various accounts in the Northeast region and led sales trainings, marketing events, and product launches. Stephanie also maintained positive relationships with store management teams and hired new candidates. Stephanie played a crucial role in the launch of new accounts and ensured stock levels and visual merchandising were in line with the brand's image.
Stephanie then joined L'Oréal as a Regional Sales & Education Specialist in 2015, where they oversaw East Coast Sephora accounts for YSL Beauty and Giorgio Armani. Stephanie managed a team of 7 Sales & Education Specialists across different cities. After their time at L'Oréal, they briefly worked at Commodity Goods in 2016 as the Director of Retail Sales & Marketing for Sephora Americas.
Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Senior Sales & Education Executive for the EU Market at Milk Makeup, a role they have been in since July 2019.
Stephanie Ross received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion Marketing from American Intercontinental University - London from 2005 to 2009. During the same years, they also pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Fashion Marketing from London South Bank University.
