Caitlin George has a diverse work experience in the field of social media strategy and content marketing. Beginning in 2017, they worked at L'Oréal as an Engagement Coordinator, responsible for managing social media communities and coordinating engagement efforts. Caitlin then transitioned to the role of Social Media Community Manager, where they continued to oversee community management and engagement.
In 2019, Caitlin joined eos Products as a Social Media Coordinator and Community Manager, where they played a crucial role in managing social media calendars and aligning content with brand stories, new launches, emails, and promotions. Most recently, they joined Milk Makeup in 2023 as a Senior Manager of Social Media Strategy. With their extensive experience in the field, Caitlin is responsible for leading and developing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.

Caitlin George earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Public Relations from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Caitlin attended the university from 2013 to 2017 and graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.57, receiving the distinction of Cum Laude. In addition to their undergraduate degree, Caitlin has obtained three additional certifications. In November 2019, they completed the "Marketing to Generation Z" certification program offered by LinkedIn. Caitlin also completed the "Social Media Video for Business and Marketing" certification program from LinkedIn during the same month and year. Most recently, in January 2023, they obtained the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and e-Commerce" certification from Wharton Online.
