Lucas Hillier has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Lucas currently works at Milk Moovement as a Full Stack Team Lead, a role they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Full Stack Developer from January to April 2021, and as a Junior Developer from May to December 2020, both at Milk Moovement.

Before joining Milk Moovement, Lucas worked at Securitas Canada as a Screening Officer for five years, from April 2015 to May 2020. Lucas also gained experience as a Sales Specialist at Future Shop from March 2014 to March 2015, and as a Graduate Assistant at Memorial University of Newfoundland from September to December 2014.

Lucas'searliest work experience was as an Operations Manager at The Wendy's Company, where they worked from August 2009 to August 2014. Overall, Lucas has a strong background in technology, sales, and management roles, and has progressed from junior to leadership positions throughout their career.

Lucas Hillier began their education journey in 2009 at Memorial University of Newfoundland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Lucas successfully completed this program in 2014.

Afterwards, Lucas continued their education at the same institution, attaining a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Lucas studied for this degree from 2014 to 2015.

In 2020, Lucas took a one-year break from their studies to engage in professional development. During this time, they participated in a program called Venture for Canada.

Returning to their academic pursuits, Lucas enrolled at Memorial University of Newfoundland once again in 2019, but this time in the field of Computer Science. Lucas is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
