Lauren Flemming is a seasoned advertising professional with extensive experience in creative leadership. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Creative Officer at milk *an advertising agency since January 2020, Lauren previously held the position of VP and Executive Creative Director at Epsilon from September 2013 to January 2020. Earlier in Lauren's career, roles included Group Creative Director at Ryan Partnership and Creative Director at milk, where Lauren began the journey in 2004. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Art Director at DDB Worldwide from 2000 to 2004. Lauren Flemming holds a degree from the University of Delaware, earned between 1995 and 1999.
