Additionally, Joseph founded and holds the title of Managing Partner and CEO at milk*, a branding agency launched in 2001. Joseph also established m2 milk*media, specializing in media strategies, and has held significant roles in the cannabis industry as the Chief Marketing Officer at Caliva and the Founder of YUP BARS, an innovative protein bar company.
