Piotr Kobielski serves as the Deputy Director of International Cooperation and Head of the EU 2025 Presidency Task Force at Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji since February 2024. In addition, Piotr has been an Assistant Professor in Law at the Military University of Technology since 2014. Previously, Piotr worked at the Office of the Prime Minister on European Union Digital and Innovation Policies from March 2020 to February 2024 and was an Expert at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland from 2008 to March 2020. Piotr was also a Fellow at Harvard University's Weatherhead Centre for International Affairs during the 2012-2013 academic year. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Law and dual MA degrees in Law and International Relations from the University of Warsaw, as well as a Fellowship in International Relations from Harvard University. Additionally, Piotr maintains engagement with the United Nations Office at Geneva and the Hague Academy of International Law.
