Courtney Hammer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Courtney started their career in 2010 as a Sales Lead at Aeropostale. In 2011, they joined Dillard's Inc. and worked as a Children's Manager. Courtney later transitioned into the role of Assistant Buyer, Home Buyer for Dillard's E-Commerce, and Men's E-Commerce Buyer. In 2022, they joined Military Sales & Service as the Director of Marketing-Apparel.

Courtney Hammer attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Merchandising.
