Brian T. Kelly began their work experience in 2011 with the United States Air Force, where they held several roles including Commander, Deputy Chief of Staff, and Director, among others. In 2023, they transitioned to the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Brian T. Kelly attended the University of Notre Dame from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. In 2000, they pursued their higher education at the USAF Air Command and Staff College, completing a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies by 2001. Continuing their educational journey, Brian T. Kelly obtained another Master's degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the National Defense University between 2006 and 2007.
