Roza Saroyan is an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Manager currently at Milies, overseeing all HR processes since January 2022. Previously served as a Technical Recruiter, sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles. Roza also held the position of Project Coordinator at IAB International Academy of Business and worked as an Assistant to the Finance Director at Grant Thornton Armenia. Additionally, Roza served as a Public Finance Specialist at the Cadastre Committee of Armenia, handling various finance functions. Roza holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yerevan State University, earned between 2014 and 2018.
