Shay Eisenberg has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

From April 2021 to the present, Shay has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Mileutis Ltd. Prior to this, from April 2020 to March 2021, Shay held the position of VP Operations and Manufacturing at MigVax (MIGAL Galilee Research Institute).

Before joining MigVax, Shay worked at Bio-Technology General for a significant period. Shay held multiple roles at the company, including VP Operations Projects from an unknown start date to April 2020, VP Operational Excellence & Projects from an unknown start date to 2017, VP Supply Chain from 2008 to 2014, and Director Planning & Control from June 2004 to an unknown end date. In these roles, Shay was responsible for a wide range of projects, including the construction and validation of clean rooms and drug production lines, technology transfers, and building production backup lines.
