Monte Mann, CPC has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment field. Monte worked as a Senior Recruiter at QuestPro Consultants from 2004 to 2012, and then again from 2014 to 2018. During their time at QuestPro, they focused on the Insurance, Managed Care, and Restoration industries. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Market Manager Technical Search at Kforce, a professional staffing and solutions firm. Most recently, Monte served as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Milestone Technologies, Inc., where they provided IT Managed Services and IT Professional Services solutions to global clients.

Monte Mann, CPC obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University, completing their education between 1990 and 1994. Monte holds an additional certification, "Manage[in] LinkedIn Champions," obtained from the LEARN Manage[in] LinkedIn Champions Program in 2020.
