Van Anh Tran-Schwartzmann currently serves as the Head of Global Business Partnering, People & Culture at Milestone Systems since May 2024. With extensive experience in HR and engineering management, Van Anh has previously held significant positions at Nets, including Release Train Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing agile teams, managing dependencies and risks, and supporting agile adoption. Previous roles encompass senior management positions in HR at various organizations, where strategic people initiatives and leadership development were key focus areas. Van Anh holds multiple degrees from Copenhagen Business School, including a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law, and an HD in Organization and Management.
