Amy McFarland currently serves as the Benefits & Leave Administrator for the Americas Region at Milestone Systems since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner and Senior Benefits Analyst at Teledyne FLIR, where responsibilities encompassed USA and Canada benefit administration and leave program management. Previous positions include Benefits Administrator at Xenium HR, Leaves Specialist at Accounting Principals, Benefits Special Projects Manager at Marvell Semiconductor, and Destination Services Consultant at IOR Global Services. Earlier experience also includes a focus on global benefit programs and HR management at Marvell, Actelis Networks, Ricoh Silicon Valley, and G.A. Braun. Amy holds an MBA in Human Resources from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations & Human Resources from Kalamazoo College.
