Viktoriya Kurlov is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Junior Recruiter at Milestone Retirement Communities since September 2018. Previously, Viktoriya worked as a Talent Development Specialist at ResCare Workforce Services, where responsibilities included helping participants set vocational goals, managing progress, and addressing barriers to employment. Viktoriya also held roles as a Talent Engagement Specialist, an intern with Vancouver Public Schools, and a Volunteer Administrative Assistant at BF Transport, demonstrating a strong foundation in human development, community engagement, and administrative support. Viktoriya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on Personnel Psychology from Washington State University Vancouver, along with an Associate in Arts from Clark College.
