Caryl Ridgeway is the Chief Executive Officer at Milestone Retirement Communities. Caryl has a background in managing operations in various healthcare and senior living organizations, such as Enlivant and Senior Lifestyle. Caryl also owns and operates an online bakery called Caryl's Confections, L.L.C. which specializes in gourmet confections and custom cakes. Caryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma.
