J.P. Miller has over 20 years of work experience in the beverage industry. J.P. began their career in 1996 as a Buyer/Assistant Operations Manager for Girvin Design. In 1999, they moved to Kindred Communications as a Buyer/Operations Manager. From 2001 to 2006, they were an Account Manager for Columbia Distributing Company. In 2006, they joined Young's Market Company of Washington as Marketing and Public Relations, and also began working as a Key Accounts Manager for Young's Market Company. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Marketing Manager for Washington & Alaska at Western Spirits. J.P. is currently employed as a Market Manager WA for Milestone Brands, LLC.

J.P. Miller attended Washington State University from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In 2011, they obtained a Certified Spirits Specialist certification.
