Michael Hughes, CTP, MBA, serves as the VP of Treasury and Financial Analysis at Milestone Bank, a role commenced in February 2024, overseeing all aspects of treasury operations for the $350+ million bank. Prior to this position, Michael held significant roles including Treasury Manager at UnitedHealth Group's Optum Bank, where responsibilities included leading treasury system implementations and coordinating new processes post-acquisition. Previous experience includes managing treasury operations at Lucid Software, serving as Sr. Treasury Analyst at BMW Bank of North America, and performing bank examinations for the FDIC, focusing on financial risk and regulatory compliance. Michael holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.
